Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refund less 5% booking fee for cancellations with more than 48 hours notice. No refund for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Tour date can be changed with no extra charge, if giving more than 48 hours notice. Full refund will be given if tour cancelled by us due to weather. Please note, we do still operate in the rain, however if there is a large rain cell or storms we may need to cancel our tours. We will then try our best to find another date that suits you to run your tour, if this isn't possible, we will provide a full refund.
