What are the starting times of the tour?

Tours are tidal so they do change from day to day.

Just give us a call/text (0434 250 830) and let us know what date you are

looking at & how many people and we can let you know the availability & start time.

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is your swimmers, towel, sunscreen, hat and a can-do attitude.

We'll take care of everything else for you.

We provide floating sunglasses straps, as well as long-sleeved shirts for you to wear or tie around your waist. We take out cold water for you on tour and provide homemade snacks when we get back. We take photos of your adventure and provide a link for you to download them. We've got it all covered!

Where do we meet?

The meeting address is Riverside Cres, Brunswick Heads.

We will provide you with details and a map, then just put the address into your GPS and you will find us. (There is plenty of free parking there.)

Payment and cancellations

Bookings for months in advance are taken with no payment required. It has been a crazy few years with Covid and we understand holiday plans can change. We will take payment at the start of the month of your booking.

Payments are made via bank transfer or processed via credit card payment over the phone.

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund less 5% booking fee. No refunds for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.

Tour date can be changed with no extra charge if made with more than 48 hours notice.

Full refund will be given if tour is cancelled by us due to weather.

How old do my children have to be?

Are there toilets and change rooms?

Children need to be 16 to join our daily group tour, but under 16 y/o can enjoy the fun on a private family tour. We have had 3 year olds sitting on the front of their parent's boards and children from the age of 8 paddling themselves. Give us a call on 0434 250 830 if you have children under the age of 16 that would like to experience our tour.

There are no toilets or change rooms at our meet up location so please come dressed in your swimwear ready to go. There are public toilets in the Brunswick Heads township (about a 2 minute drive).

Do I wear a life jacket?

Leg ropes are our main form of safety, but we do have life jackets available if you would like. You can request one from staff on the day. Please note, to join the group tour you need to feel comfortable around water and be able to swim.

Do you hire SUP boards?

Yes we do hire stand up paddle boards, but only for use at Lake Ainswoth in Lennox Head or Shaws Bay in Ballina.

We can drop off and pick up the SUP boards, but it has to work around our tours for the day. For Prices please contact us.

If you want a relaxing adventure and to not have to worry about carting boards, tides and conditions or organising food and water, then check out our tour options. We take care of everything for you on our 2 hour combined lesson and tour, where we explore a hidden paradise close to Byron. We'll even take pics of you out on the water!

Does the tour still run if it is raining?

If there are light passing showers we still operate. We find if you're coming on tour you're prepared for the possibility of getting wet anyway, plus its great to have an activity you can enjoy in the rain rather than just staying in your accommodation.

If there is a large rain cell or storms we cancel our tours. We will then try our best to find another date that suits you to run your tour, if this isn't possible, we will provide a full refund.
